During this Tuesday’s two hour show, October 1, 2013, we interview CARDELL HARRINGTON; a Chicago native who has spent many years perfecting his craft. From winning numerous talent shows in and around the Chicago area, to working with such notables as Brighterside Of Darkness (Love Jones), DJ Rogers (Say You Love Me) and Alicia Myers (If You Play Your Cards Right), Cardell shows a soulfulness that will warm up your day. Cardell currently resides in Los Angeles, California where he played with Phil Upchurch, George Duke and Joyce Wilson (Tony Orlando and Dawn);  and he also shared the stage with Phil Perry, Chick Corea among others. Cardell’s very first record, distributed by BMG, “Baby Dont Fool Around”, rose to number 62 on Billboard’s R & B Charts. He also wrote “Every Time I Fall In Love” for Norman Connors.  During his album, “I Love You,” Cardell focused on a topic that everyone has experienced:  love and romance.  Cardell says, “Not only did I want this to be a very personal CD — down to performing all instruments, lead & background vocals, producing & writing all of the material — I wanted this CD to touch the hearts and souls of men and women alike.”
