WHAT IS NLS PERSONAL TRAINING?
“NLS, which stands for New Lifestyle, stands firm on its name. As a private personal training company, NLS is dedicated to improving quality of life through health and fitness solutions. We are dedicated to the well being of our clients and know there is no cookie-cutter solution; that is why we pride ourselves in the energy we put towards creating individualistic fitness plans to meet each one’s goals. The fitness world has become an oversaturation of products leading people to believe those items will make you meet your fitness goals; costing hundreds of dollars by ordering and reordering products that are then ingested into your system. The bottom line is and always will be – your lifestyle. NLS does not nor will ever sell “fitness” products as a means to increase personal revenue. However, we will guide you through your food purchasing decisions, lifestyle, and goals. It’s all about transitioning into a new lifestyle.”
- Stephan Fouche, Owner NLS Personal Training
With over 10 years of personal training experience, Stephan Fouche models
the importance of living a healthy and fit lifestyle. He founded NLS Personal Training with the mission of reaching and teaching people about the importance of a new lifestyle. He is committed and dedicated to this field; consistently developing the most innovative techniques there are in order to reach a given goal. This includes encouraging sound nutrition habits and routine exercise techniques that are unique in design for the needs of each individual.

JPM Photography – You’re Dreams Captured:
A married photography team of 29 years, for JPM it all started with Drama…the band. Since then this photography powerhouse duo have been hooked on the live music scene. Their passion to capture the essence of live shows is no simple task but their work speaks volumes by itself.
“I believe because of our passion for wanting to capture the whole experience of live music. Working with the fans not just the band makes our photography a little different.” ~Becky Obos
“…it was the love of music and great artists that kept us working on our passion. A show here, a show there, and here we are a few years later continuing what we love to do. We shoot NIKON, we don’t edit our live shots, what we shoot is what we post, all live and real. No tracks as they say. We will do anything and everything we can to capture those moments as best we can. We are JPM Photography – Your Dreams Captured” ~Jim Obos

“Growing up with small-town roots, between big city living and backcountry roads, it’s no wonder Rory Sullivan developed a unique mix of musical taste. His blending of sounds, ranging from the versatile guitar and songwriting of James Taylor, husky voice of Marc Cohn, and contemporary pop sensibilities of John Mayer, allows Rory to create music worthy of the icons that preceded him.”
